AK Employment Tax Specialists Ltd is a leading firm of tax adviser. The owner is Alastair Kendrick who is a former HM Inspector of Taxes who left the Revenue in 1989 and then spent 16years working in the big 4 ( KPMG and EY) where he had National responsibility on Employment Taxes. Since leaving the big 4 in 2005 Alastair worked in a number of smaller firms in different roles but leading their employment tax teams AK Employment Tax Services Ltd was started in January 2017
Alastair is well known in all areas of employment taxes but he is particularly recognised to be a specialist on employment status, IR35, Umbrella companies and the construction industry scheme. He is recognised within the automotive sector to be the leading authority on company car taxation
How may Alastair be able to assist you?
- he is used to advising employers on particular tax questions. These may range from the particular status of a worker, to where the worker is considered based for tax purposes to dealing with the tax treatment of a termination payment
